Note: Main exhibit hour times will be during networking breaks and lunch on each day, but the hall will be open to all attendees throughout the course of the program.

Exhibitor and sponsor booking requires a 50% payment due with booking and the remaining balance due by July 1, 2023. Payment in full is required beyond July 1, 2023 for new bookings. For exhibitors/sponsors paying the full Fee and cancelling before July 1, 2023, a 50% refund is available. For Exhibitors paying the full fee and downsizing their Space Assignment before July 1, 2023, a 50% refund of the difference in price between the Space Assignment and downsized space is available. All other Fees are non-refundable. In the event that the Conference cannot be held or is postponed due to events beyond the control of the North American Society for Trenchless Technology and its Regional Chapters, and Benjamin Media, Inc., shall not be liable to the Attendee for any damages, costs, or losses incurred, such as transportation costs, accommodations costs, or financial losses.
